The Story Starter usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks from our first conversation to launch. The Signature Story is a deeper process, typically 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly feedback flows. I'll always give you a clear timeline before we begin and keep you updated at every stage, so you're never left wondering what's happening.

That's completely normal. Most people don't, and you don't need to have it figured out before getting in touch. Tell me where your business is and where you'd like it to be, and I'll recommend the right starting point. Sometimes that's a full rebrand; sometimes it's something much smaller. I'll always guide you towards what's right for your business, not the biggest package.

My packages start from £2,500 for The Story Starter, with The Signature Story, my most popular option, between £5,000 and £6,500. Ongoing creative support starts from £500 per month. Every proposal is tailored to your business, so you'll always know exactly what's included and what your investment covers before anything begins.

Yes. Once your brand and website are in place, I can help you carry it consistently through social templates, printed materials and other marketing assets, either as part of a package or through The Next Chapter retainer. The Signature Story also includes tone of voice guidance, so it's not just how things look, it's the words you'd use too. I don't run ongoing social media management or paid advertising, but I make sure everything you put out into the world looks and sounds like you.

Mostly your honesty and your time at a few key moments: the discovery stage at the start, and feedback at each milestone. You don't need to know anything about design; that's my job. The best results come from clients who share openly about their business, so the more you tell me, the truer the work will feel.
